To EA Support Team,I need urgent assistance! My EA FC26 Steam account, created and purchased with payment on November 5, 2025, was wrongfully banned after only 6 days of gameplay. I am 100% certain that I did not violate any User Agreement terms!I have submitted three appeals through EA Help but received no response. I also cannot reach a live customer service representative. Thank you for your help and replies! However, my case is still ongoing, and I’ve tried many methods, but I can’t create a new case or get through to a human customer service representative. I’ve even tried logging in as a guest, but I still can’t send anything.I’ve had no choice but to seek help on the forum.
