Hi, I need help with my EA account. My game disconnects every 30 seconds when online(my wi-fi is ok), offline works perfectly . It happened on EA FC 26 (EA App). I think my cloud data/profile is corrupted. Can you please check and reset my cloud saves?
Community ManagerAccording to the Connection Quality Report you submitted, the issue has to do with either your ISP or home network. You have packet loss that is causing the disconnect. Your best bet is to contact your ISP for help.
As far as opening a case goes, what exactly happens? Are you filling out the form and then it disappears?
Thanks for your reply. I’m attaching the screenshot that appears when I click ‘Contact Us’. I’m in Italy, so maybe something changes because of that. Once I fill out the page, I send it, but I’m not given any case number
Community ManagerTry clearing your cache/cookies. If that doesn't help, log out and see if you can open a case without being logged in.

Community ManagerYou need to choose 'I need to update my EA account information'. Since you can connect fine on a different account, this appears to be an account issue.
