My game freeses when i try to play online, in both ultimate team and clubs.

So i bought ultimate edetion on pc on steam, and ever since that day i cant play online. I used so much money just for the game to not work, i have used extra money to play earlier but the game is broken. When i go in a rivals match, the games just freezes and have a lot of lag spikes. Either i would like to get help or get a refund. But i cant refund because i bought it in steam. So everything is just **bleep**.
