MY GPU IS WORKING AT 100% AND THE GAME IS REALLY BAD FOR ME

I bought the game on 09/27/2025 and I am writing this on 09/29/2025 and since the day I opened it I have only entered and exited the game because the game is jerky, I press the input button and the ball enters 3 seconds later, the players shake a lot, I have reduced graphics within the game, I have optimized the entire PC graphics and deleted and installed the game again, the GPU drivers too, I have made all the videos that I have found on YouTube and the only solution that CHATGPT has given me is that the problem is EA due to poor optimization, I ask for help because they are not going to return my money and I really want to play please
