No transfer market after completing the objectives.

It took me a lot of time to complete the objectives to open the transfer market, and in the game indicates that the market will be available after geting this. My sorprise is I have to wait for 2 days (no more game in the weekend) to have this opened because I have reached the maximum transactions, and this is false. Can you please solve this problem?
