No win after opponent’s disconnect - no compensation for 3 lost Drafts

I lost 3 FUT-Drafts after winning the 1st game - and starting the 2nd. Right at kickoff it said  I „lost connection to the opponent“. My connection was and is completely fine. I did not get kicked from the servers or UT. However it counted as a loss. This happened 3 (!) times in a row. 
Since I follow NickRTFMs content, I saw that he got compensated for this issue, however I didn’t get anything?
I contacted the support twice, and got told to post here. Frustrating.
You advertised granting a win for disconnects during a draw in the trailer.
