Not able to stay connected to EA servers - Jio Fiber

Hi All, I am a FC26 user and I have using the game for a month now. Since last 2-3 days, I don't know why but my internet is not able to stay connected with EA servers despite having stable connect...

How many times have users in these replies mentioned different ISPs they are using?
It's clearly not an ISP-specific issue.

Surely not? I am having the same issue with mobile Hotspot as well

  We'll have to go through connection troubleshooting if you can't stay connected. I'd like you to run the Connection Quality Report and get me a screenshot of the overall score. Thanks!
