Not loading and when it loads ultimate team won't work on ps5

When I open the game it stays on the green screen for a long time. Sometimes after a while it will load but when I try to play ultimate team it says it can't connect. I uninstalled and installed agai...

I am having the same issue with both the Ultimate team and the Pro Clubs. I am hardwired and my test speed is at 550+ Mbps. I have tried deleting other games reinstalling the game and it wont work. 

what is the idea of getting early access if it wont work?
