Not reaciving season pass

Bought the ultimate edition couple months back. After downloading the game i reacived fifa points and extra evolution pick. But i have not recived my season pass. it says i need to upgrade and buy it. Another problem i have is that my objectives is bugged so cant read the objectives properly. How do i fix it?
