Online Connection Issues PS5

Ever since the update I havent been able to play a game without dealing with lag. I've not been able to fix this issue. I rebooted the internet (not an issue) and even reinstalled the game and no luck. I could play squad battles fine but not divison rivals, champs, live events, and etc.
