Hi, I have pre-ordered the game and have EA play, once I loaded the trial and only giving me News, learn to play and Upgrade as options.
I already have the full pre-order installed and even when I click upgrade it gives me an error. Can't do a thing here

A lot of people have the same thing, if you sort threads in this subforum by most viewed or most replies the main thread is #3. To my knowledge EA has not given any solution (that thread is marked "solved" but only "for visibility" which in itself shows you the kind of handle EA has on technical things).
