Packet Loss since new patch

Since the new patch i have coem across packetloss in every online game i go into. Nothing changed with my connection, and when i play other games everything is alright. Ill attach photos of the netwrok connection from the ea help website where it shows that before the patch my game was running basically perfectly, and now despite having low ping i continue to get packet loss. I play on ps4 and most other commments ive seen about this faced the issue on pc. Is there a solution or do i just have to wait and see?
