PC - I won the match in champs but kick me out

i won the match all the way to the end, but when i tried to advance, it said there was a problem with fut and kicked me out to the home screen. when i went back to fut, it showed as a dnf. i already won the match, but it counted as one loss in champs. is there any solution to this? come on, i played till the end and still got a loss.
