PC Controller NOT WORKING online - Why it fails and how to temporarily solve it

If you are facing problems with PC controllers and your controller does this: Works perfectly in offline: moments, squad battles, ... At online matches: rivals, tournaments works for a few seconds...

I can Play Squad Battles, Moments, everything else normalny but i can't Play Rivals. I can't pass, players run at random directions, pad randomly stops controlling the game.
