PC input delay

I cant play online game modes. I refuse to believe it is my internet as it says im playing on 20-30ping (connected to ethernet with 800+mbps down). The input lag is so bad it feels like I have 200+ ping. I try make a pass and happens a full second later. It makes the game unplayable as I have to make the input before the input would normally needed to make. I cant dribble when it takes a second to turn left/right. I cant defend when I try make a tackle and the opponent runs past my defender and once they are through my player makes the tackle. I tried kick off and i could actually move. I know this garbage company will never fix this issue I just want to know if anyone else is experiencing the same issues (on PC, NA). I live in australia and the issue isnt normally this bad (i still struggle with input lag on OCE servers but its actually playable most the time) so was trying to figure out is because im using a different PC or if its because of NA servers.
