PC Monitors losing signal as soon as game is launched, PLEASE FIX!!!!!

This seems to be an ongoing issue

I bought a brand new PSU and GPU because I thought my old setup was not able to run this game, meanwhile I upgrade to a 5070 and new 1000W PSU and the game still causes the computers monitors to lose signal and not be turned back on until restarting power.

Is this a known issue, is there a fix?
