PC performance during games and menu bugs

Hi there, I just need some help here.

I play in PC (Rtx 4090 and 1GB wired connection 15pin average) and during games I feel that the speed and performance of my players change a lot, I can play few games or even few minutes with players that can't tackle, can't win a ball, or shoot well, or even run, I get overruned constantly for much slower players. First touches are really bad even with golden first touch, ball controls....etc.  Then suddenly in the middle of a game it kind of "refreshes" like if I pressed F5 and players finally play like they should, I can score, dribble, control, run like it supposed to be, sometimes it goes too quick and feels like my players run faster than the opponent. Then I can play full games in a row with good gameplay, after few games again back to normal. Sometimes I experienced all this changes constantly in the same game, and feels crazy, unplayable and unjoyable.

Can anyone tell me why this happens? Is connection? I did EA test and I've got 96 overall, got latest firmwares, updates, everything is up to date, I even reinstalled the game.

Also the Menu SBC, Objectives rewards, Players Playstiles and chemistry get bugged up constantly and need to restart the game to finally see them, but lasts for few minutes.
