PC stuttering making game unplayable

Every time I try launch the game it works just fine no issues, but the SECOND I get into a game the framerate drops below 10 fps, the imput delay goes insane and nothing works to fix this issue

I tried: lowering settings, restarting the router, restarting game, updating drivers, repairing NOTHING WORKED. Apparently it has to do with the anticheat, but tinkering that is a bannable offense so I am staying away from that rn. I CANNOT play with the game because it is unplayable in this state. As far as I know at least 80% of PC players experience similar issues, for some it goes away after a while and for some (like me) you cannot do anything with it. I seriously regret spending so much money for a game I cannot even play nor refund. 

EA, a multi-billion dollar company but almost the half of the playerbase playing in the eary access cannot experience the game normally. I KNOW FOR A FACT that this issue is not that difficult to fix EA please if you truly try to listen to feedback this year get on this.
