Permenant Ban For No Reason

Hi, I wrote here before appealing to my ban and all I got was wait for them to reply and don't talk here  as we do nothing here with bans. THEN WHO DOES!

I feel like there's a lot of people like me and no one is responding. I have been banned on NOV18 and made an appeal since then with no response (Case #229959683). 15 Days without any response to my case.

8 Days before I got this ban... I was appealing against a hacker I faced in fut champions with video "attached down below" evidence in  (Case #225393635). HOW WOULD A HACKER REPORT AGAINST CHEATING 8 DAYS BEFORE GETTING BANNED??!

I did another one 4 days ago and got a reply today that it's declined and I will still get a permanent ban while I have done Nothing wrong (Case #231069406).

One of my friend told me that having Valorant's Vanguard kernel protection might be a reason for it as it's open on the background 24/7 even if I'm not playing. BUT NO ONE IS LISTENNIG TO ME.

I was also threatned by someone I was playing against that he would report me because I won him by big difference .. "IS IT THAT EASY EA?!"

I started to feel depressed and hopeless. Nothing has changed and no one listens and it hurts more because this is the game I love playing the most since FIFA21. 

I started a new appeal (Case #231448719) today. But I guess It will never change.
I need someone to hear me or share with me his experience if there's anything I'm missing here  or doing it wrong.
