please help !!!!

Game is fine no lags , connection test was good also i can play rush perfectly but in rivals and friendlies i lost control since the biggening of the game van't move players or change and it work back for a couple of seconds only sometimes in game this is really frustrating i didn't pay that much to take an idea on objectives !!!!!! please help ea
