Posts about PC crashes secretely REMOVED by EA

Hi all,

I have been update my post about PC crashes since Oct .11 and today when I login my account I realize that all my posts vanished. Since the initial post, I update through comments about whether I am still having the issue. EA removed my posts, without replying to my problem, without solving the problem. Indeed, the fastest way to fix the bug is to remove the guy who reported the bugs. BTW, the crashes still occur after my attempts in containing frame rates and many more (I have included my attempts in my posts that were deleted by EA)

My posts were about the crashes on my PC, with these two types of error message in Windows EventViewer:

The game fc26.exe exited unexpectedly, exit code: 0xC0000005
or
EAAntiCheatService
The game fc26.exe exited unexpectedly, exit code: 0xC0000409

I am outrages because EA removed my posts and thoroughly disappointed by the reaction of this client service team. I would assume anyone who has done basic client service training knows how to respond or how to consolidate issues like this. I understand that solving this takes time for the developers, but as a client service, an easy reply saying "We've reported your issue to the development team" would work. BUT they are not even doing that. I have never seen this level of arrogance and complete ignoring of customer complain and clearly this complain is a result for EA publishing unfinished/tested, full-of-bugs game. Terrible, terrible terrible. 

We love football, not fifa games, not FC games. It is the love of football that makes us play football video games everyday, not because you have made an irreplaceable game.
