Premium season pass

I’ve bought the previous premium season pass from the companion app. When I used my coins at first there occurred  a problem connecting with the servers. When I restarted the companion app my coins were gone and the premium season pass wasn’t activated. When I logged into the game from my pc there was still no signs of the rewards. I’ve tried everything that I can think of and nothing has happened. I’ve talked to several employees and no one was able to help me. One ea employee told me that the rewards were granted but I have been five days now and nothing has happened! Please help
