Problem switching from ps4 to ps5

I’m trying to play fc26 on my new ps5, I have used the redeem code to transfer the game from my ps4. The problem is that I don’t get full access to the game. I think I have done everything as you should but when I load the ps5 version i don’t have the option to play any career mode or ultimate team. It says that I need to upgrade. Please adivise as quickly as possible! Thank you!
