Problem with game play in the computer

You should really listen to us and solve this problem for how long and I lose a lot of matches because of these problems

• The game is not playable on the computer. My device can give me better than this bad performance.
• The game is indescribably slow and the delay in commands makes it easy to read what I will do. I've tried everything, lowered the settings, lowered the frames, turned on or off the sync as well, tried some solutions that came from you through the conversation and nothing worked. The problem depends on the game and you are the one who should solve it. The first half of the match, don't play like the second half, in the second half, the situation gets worse
• Even the same thing in the matches, the performance in it is not the same if the problem is in my device, the thing is supposed to be the same in the first and second half and the same thing in every match

The second problem 

• You can't customize the graphics settings, knowing that there is a customization option, but it doesn't work, and the full-screen problem is not solved every time I enter the game, I have to do it again.
• If I'm going to get a good performance, it's only in a game or three games a lot, then the game all day gets bad, sometimes the tires become 0 and sometimes it's 11 in the lists after these problems happen.
