Problems with online games in FIFA 26

I can't move my players only in online games (I'm a PC player) It's been 3 days now I'm asking for compensation and that you fix it as soon as possible and this problem is not just me! A lot of people have this the player just runs by itself I can't play the game for 3 days does that make sense to you? Why did I pay for early access to the game it's just a scandal
