PS 5 ultimate team slow, disconnecting and freezing on menus for three weeks

I have a very good internet connection that I can stream, play and do all other games except the ones that sonehow involves EA servers. It has been 3 weeks since I was able to play 2 games in a row in any mode online in EA FC 26. I have tried all suggested “fixes” from support and even tested the game in different ISP as some will cone and say it is ISP issue. No changes. 
screen gets frozen every 50-80 seconds and connecting to servers for UT is impossible. 
please be honest and let us know if there is a fix coming or we should just give up and play 1 game every 3 hours! 
P.s. I have tried ps4 version and ps5 version. Deleted the squad from app and come back. Remoced cache from ps5 on safe mode. Delete the profile and even delete the game and reinstalled it.
