PS5 gameplay feels delayed

I loved playing pro clubs on Fifa, have been playing since Fifa 11. 

I am attempting to play clubs on EA FC 26 on PS5, and it is just unplayable. It feels like my pro is running in sand, and there is a second delay on everything I'm trying to do. It isn't a connection issue because I'm always playing on between 15-20 latency. I use an ethernet to connect to the internet, and it is a cat 6 cable. My download is 300mbps and latency is also low. I play on a monitor, and I have also turned of HDR and VRR and still no joy. 

It isn't a problem with my end if I'm totally honest, as a few of my friends are also having the same issue. It needs a patch to fix something because the game doesn't feel fluid at all, and feels really clunky and delayed.
