Repeated Service Failure in EAFC Request for Immediate Resolution
Hi EAFC support/Legal team,
I have a spent a hefty amount of time and money on this game.I have tried out multiple ISP’s so can clarify that there is no issue at ISP end.The issue has been since last 15 days with unable to enter ultimate team most of the time, got in few times but soon got disconnected from the server.
Legal & Consumer Protection Concern
As a paid consumer, I wish to highlight that this situation may fall under:
- Deficiency of Service as defined under consumer protection principles
- Unfair Trade Practice, where a paid online service fails to deliver consistent and reliable access
- Lack of reasonable service availability, despite compliance with all documented system and network requirements
EA continues to market Ultimate Team as a competitive online service, while recurring infrastructure failures directly impact gameplay, rankings, and purchased digital content.
Request for Action
I respectfully request EA to:
- Acknowledge this issue formally
- Provide a technical explanation for repeated Ultimate Team service failures
- Share a timeline or roadmap for resolution
- Clarify compensation / protection mechanisms for affected users in competitive modes
If this issue remains unresolved, I will be compelled to escalate the matter through appropriate consumer grievance and regulatory channels, including formal consumer forums, as applicable.
