Servers are lagging and slow

For the past week I've been experiencing slow and laggy servers. Now its finally affecting my games as I played a whole 120 minute game and at the end it said they couldn't connect to ea servers after a couple minutes of loading and gave me a disconnect loss. Its completely unbearable as I have to sit in loading screens or restart the game every time I try entering a game. Trying to do an sbc is literally impossible because its so slow and you have to restart the game.
