servers are really bad on pc

I am contacting you to report a serious and recurring issue I have been experiencing with the servers in Ultimate Team on PC (Steam).

On multiple occasions, I have been disconnected from matches without any valid reason, particularly at the end of games. These disconnections are not caused by my internet connection, as it remains stable during gameplay. The most frustrating part is that the system incorrectly registers these matches as losses, even when I am clearly winning.

For example, in one recent match, I was leading 18–4. As soon as the referee blew the final whistle, I was disconnected from the servers and the match was recorded as a loss. I also lost coins and any progress associated with that match. This is not an isolated incident—it has happened several times, often in situations where I am about to win.

This issue is extremely frustrating and unfair, as it directly impacts my record, rewards, and overall experience in Ultimate Team. Losing matches, coins, and progress due to server errors is unacceptable.

I kindly ask that you investigate this issue as soon as possible and provide a solution. Additionally, I would like to know if there is any way to recover the losses (coins, match results, etc.) caused by these server disconnections.
