EA whats happend with update, when You repair losing control in early access now in division rivals and every 11vs11 I got delay minimum 3-5second. Only if I play on 60 fps it can be played. Normally its 144fps and 144MHz. Second BIG problem is that when I play second or third match in half i got fps drop to 14-18, how should we play on that?? Maybe game using VRam and not clear it regularly. Guys please... We pay a lot for game every year, that is not a mystery, mistake on early access? ok, that can happend. some bugs on match? ok BUT when we cant play match on rivals or FUT champs thats something to change. I asked my friends and thats not only my problem. Please do something with that or give tips how do it myself. Everyday we losing chance to get something good in game, winning match etc.

Guys I had exactly same problem, for 4-5 seconds game wasn't receiving any inputs and it kept happening constantly. I was managed to solve it by disconnecting every USB cable one by one connected to my PC and IT WORKED!! My external camera was the reason of that input delay.
oh man.. mouse and other stuff, that was bizzare. but thank u so much bro!! I need to try that :)
