I have the exact same specs and problem, i have the newest drivers, then just hopped into squad battles and all the sudden my fps goes to 3-5,

When I restart the game it resets back to default, but it only resets when I restart the game.

I tried changing basically all the settings to low, fullscreen, etc. nothing helps except pulling the plug and restarting
