Severe Stuttering and Freezing In-Game on Ryzen 5 4600H + GTX 1650 Ti Laptop

My friend is experiencing severe performance issues while playing. Their laptop specs are Ryzen 5 4600H and GTX 1650 Ti.

As soon as they enter a match, the game becomes almost unplayable. It stutters heavily, and during corners or set pieces the screen sometimes freezes. The main menus run smoothly at first, but after finishing a match, the menus also start stuttering and lagging.

These issues only happen in-game or right after completing a match. Before entering a match, everything works normally.
