This is the same issue as here where your colleague blamed Sky despite this being an IDENTICAL issue to the BT issue last year where you blamed the ISP and the ISP blamed EA. Turned out this was an EA issue too >

I hope someone looks into this, speaks to the UKs second biggest provider and fixes this problem for 1000s of players. Enough is enough now, this is over a month now. I’m happy to post a video of this nonsense, but the game just freezes, times out, loads slowly and I’ve had the green triangle of death in game so many times is ridiculous. Fix the game!!!!!
