Slow Motion Gameplay - Unplayable Game

After 30-75 minutes into the game, it continues to slow down until it gets to literal 1 second delay by the 90th. I cannot play this game competitively because it happens every time I play on the first match, continuing afterwards. I feel like I'm the only one with this and have repaired, installed new drivers, uninstalled the game, changed every graphics setting possible and it hasn't worked. This has been happening since I got the game on preorder, and if this cannot get solved I'm going to have to ask for a refund because this isn't a product. I'm on PC using NVIDIA drivers on an intel graphics card, if that helps.
