Still can't launch the game (PC)

Platform Windows 11 Pro 10.0.26100
CPU and GPU: i5-13600KF and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 Ti
RAM: 32 Gb
EA App version: 13.550.0.6063
Antivirus or security software is installed: Kaspersky Plus 21.22.7.466 (a) and Windows defender (I tried to disable both on launch)
Any overlays running (e.g., Discord, NVIDIA, etc.): no overlays
What exactly happens when you try to launch: it opens a Splash Screen and when the progress bar in Splash Screen is full, it redirects me back to EA App
Any error messages you're seeing: no error messages
What you've already tried (e.g., reinstalling VC++, updating drivers, clean boot, running as admin, launch options like -dx11/-dx12, etc.): reinstalled the latest graphic driver, Windows version and Microsoft Visual C++ both x64 and x86. I tried to launch the game with -dx11 and -dx12 as administrator. Reinstalled the game, EA App, Steam and anticheat 5+ times. I tried to change a secure boot settings and tried them all.
