Still can't launch the game (PC)

Question

Platform Windows 11 Pro 10.0.26100CPU and GPU: i5-13600KF and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 TiRAM: 32 GbEA App version: 13.550.0.6063Antivirus or security software is installed: Kaspersky Plus 21.22.7.466 (a) and Windows defender (I tried to disable both on launch)Any overlays running (e.g., Discord, NVIDIA, etc.): no overlaysWhat exactly happens when you try to launch: it opens a Splash Screen and when the progress bar in Splash Screen is full, it redirects me back to EA AppAny error messages you're seeing: no error messagesWhat you've already tried (e.g., reinstalling VC++, updating drivers, clean boot, running as admin, launch options like -dx11/-dx12, etc.): reinstalled the latest graphic driver, Windows version and Microsoft Visual C++ both x64 and x86. I tried to launch the game with -dx11 and -dx12 as administrator. Reinstalled the game, EA App, Steam and anticheat 5+ times. I tried to change a secure boot settings and tried them all.

I have the exact same issue as you. Done everything you have done but nothing works.I have waited since the release to play but I am unable to. Apart from on here who else can we contact?&nbsp;

Now I'm at least sure EA is aware of the problem. Their manager created a discussion on Steam ( https://steamcommunity.com/app/3405690/discussions/0/596286707636137859/?ctp=10 ). But it's still no solution. I think that we need to give them as much info as we can

mine was the same for 2 days, it turns out if i close my logitech app for my headphones, it works. hope you find a fix, this is a joke EA!!
