Stuck on “failed to load”

Whenever I try to join the game I get stuck on “failed to load” it’s been like that since Thursday, today is Sunday. I’ve tried absolutely everything but nothing seems to fix this issue, I contacted a chat advisor and i’m still waiting for this issue to be fixed. I don’t have any bans or suspensions, so this is a bug from EA. Please fix this because I can’t play.
