Stuck on the ultimate team loading screen

I been stuck on this screen since I installed the game. I tried everything, deleting the game, restarting the console, changing profiles, everything. Even deleted the ultimate team files. NOTHING wor...

It worked with my mobile hotspot, but when I switched out to my regular WiFi I ran into the same problem again. How do I fix this?
