Stuttering After Pause in EA Sports FC 26 + Forfeit Warning

Hello,
I have a problem in EA Sports FC 26 on PC. When I start a match, everything works fine and the game runs smoothly. But if I press pause during the match and then try to resume, the game begins to stutter heavily and becomes unplayable.

After resuming from pause, the game also gives me a warning that I might lose the match due to inactivity, even though I am trying to play.

This happens every time after I use the pause menu. Before pausing, the game works normally.

Can you please advise how to fix this, or if there will be a patch for this issue?
