the game dosen't launch, and keeps giving me an unexpected error has occured

as the title says, i bought the game last thursday and it worked, later that night it wouldn't connect to servers, and ever since then, it has refused to launch no matter what, either going back to the EA app after the "preparing game" small window, or giving me an error code with "an unexpected error has occured", i've tried everything, installed all the newest drivers, windows updates, uninstalled and installed the game, anticheat, and the app multiple times and nothing worked, i bought the game on steam by the way
