The right thing to do

I spent $100 dollars because I saw that EA listened to the community, and fixed many of the issues the game had. I really had hope for this game until literally the very first day I played it. I have not been able to play properly as I keep getting kicked out of the servers. Not just that, but I’ve been penalized for something out of my control. I’m in Texas USA, and the servers are horrible, im not the only one having this experience.

I’ve been penalized for “quitting games” and the coins I get after every match will be lowered. I expect EA to at least have a gram of respect towards its playerbase and remove my penalties, as it’s not my fault the Texas servers are horrible and can’t handle its playerbase. Compensation would be ideal but I know EA have not respect for its playerbase so I at least expect the penalty to be removed.
