We have a handy article on how to get access to the transfermarket on the web/companion apps! Don't forget that you also need to do the Venturing Out Foundations objective group.
I’ve been having this same issue. Do I still need to do the venturing out objective in order to unlock the web app transfer market even though I have the transfer market in game unlocked?
I have already completed the Foundations basic objective set and unlocked the in-game Transfer Market for 10 days. I have played 3 UT matches every day, but the web app market is still locked.
