Ea menus problem

Question

I keep getting disconnected or freezing in the menus. In game my connection is perfect. I use Ethernet and have tried methods like changing dns. Once it worked for a while. Now none work. I open a pack and it freezes and kicks me out of store. Or I try to load and nothing happens.
Does anyone know how to solve this or how to contact ea. It kind of making game unplayable as I have to keep restarting game.

Hey there. Thanks for reaching out. Do you ever get an error message or does it just freeze and then send you to the main menu? Have you tried all of the troubleshooting steps here?

Yeah I’ve checked those steps and have already been through them all. The error messages change. The image I put in original post is when I use store and get frozen after sending items to club. This then takes me to ultimate team menu. Not out of ultimate team entirely. Other times when submitting sbcs or searching in club it sometimes kicks me out to main menu. Saying can’t reach the servers etc.&nbsp;

Thanks for getting back to me. Next, try deleting your squads. Not the players, just the squads. Then, create an empty squad and try again.
