Totw Page never goes away, if I even get that far on Ultimate Team.

Have the ultimate Edition pre-order. 

PlayStation 5. Been having the issue even with EAPlay Trial from September 18th until now September 19th at 5:30 PM CST. 

sometimes it lets me “in” ultimate team but then kicks me out, the Team of The Week graphic stays and has only let me past it once. 

have tried deleting game, and redownloading, have tried unplugging PlayStation, have tried deleting profile on EAFC main page settings. 

help.
