Transfer Candidates how to fix?

Hi i recently bought Harry Kane 98 and 2 97 player but i went to transfer candidates but it wont let me claim it says failed to load Ultimate team your heading back to head menu and i get send back to the head menu of Ultimate team its Verry frustrating its on PlayStation 5 i experienced it yesterday anyone knows how to fix

1 web app does not work to it says the same thing i tried restarting the console does not work to Anyone can help me will be helpful
