TWO PCS BOTH WIRED CONNECTEDDIFFERENT PINGS.

I downloaded the free version of FC26 through EA play, and it had bugs, delays and high pings, making the game unplayable. My brother, who is connected to the same network (both PCs have a wired connection to he same router) can play the game just fine with no delays and lags.
As I thought it my problem was a bug in the trial version, I bought the game to see if it had the same issues, and it did. Since I can't play the game, I would like a refund, or otherwise a solution so I can fix the issue. As it seems, I can only play the rush version of the Ultimate Team, but not rivals or connect with a friend online and play.
