Ultimate Team – a couple of problems

First problem: In Ultimate Team, when I go to Objectives and then to Season Objectives, nothing shows up. I can’t go back, and I have to quit the game and turn it on again if I want to play.

Second problem: In Ultimate Team gameplay, I can’t open the game plan during the match, so I can’t make substitutions.

Third problem: When the match is loading, the screen goes black and it doesn’t show the opponent’s team as it’s supposed to.

Can someone help me with this?
