Ultimate team crash after winning the game

This rarely happens and when it happens its while I’m playing rivals, so i don't give it much thought. But this is the second time it happened while I'm playing champs and i have already won the match. The screen just keeps loading after the match ends and then kicks me out of ultimate team. The internet connection is fine and working normally because it’s working on my phone at the same time AND i log in immediately after without issues so i don't get what the problem is!!
