Ultimate team no loading

Last 24 hours ultimate will not load up. 
It’s stuck on the loading screen with the music playing. 
I’ve tried everything from forums. Cleared cache reset modem. Deleted the game reinstalled etc. 

Other game modes work okay but very slow. How can I resolve this issue? I’ve even tried little hacks like opening the Webb app then loading the game. Nothing works!
