Ultimate team rivals error

Hello EA Support,

I am playing EA SPORTS FC 26 on PlayStation 5, and I experienced an issue in Ultimate Team Rivals.

I won a Rivals match normally, and after the match finished, the game disconnected me from Ultimate Team. When I re-entered Ultimate Team, the match was counted as a loss due to a connection issue, even though the match was completed and I had already won.

This issue was not caused by my internet connection, as my connection was stable before and after the match. It seems like a server or synchronization error.
